Market Street Pavillions
This elaborate 45,000 sf shopping center is located at Market Street in Tallahassee. The grand opening in 1986 introduced several new stores to this prestigious community, including a health club, a Chinese restaurant, a lawn mower shop and a bagel bakery. The striped awnings and staggered store fronts define the individuality of each distinct shop. Because of its striking design, this mall was fully leased within 60 days of completion.
