Capital Plaza Shopping Center
(Complete Rennovation)
Built in the 1950’s, Capital Plaza Shopping Center desperately needed an updated façade to compete in the hustle of the 90’s. Working within a short time frame to achieve this goal, a complete face lift utilizing split face block, brick, synthetic stucco and ceramic tile was designed for the center. The parking lot was reconfigured to allow more parking and to accommodate landscape islands that included more trees and ground cover. A sign tower was also erected to increase visibility along Thomasville Road.
