Altell
Johnson Peterson is presently engaged in a continuing contract with Alltel to provide interior build-outs of its stores across the southeast region of the U.S. The endeavor involves developing multi-tenant retail centers for Realty Partnership Interests, Inc., a development company contracted by Alltel to provide office space for its expanding business. Johnson Peterson provides the designs and construction documents for the developer as well as the interior design and construction documents for the Alltel stores. To date, ten retail stores have been completed and the relationship is still ongoing. The projects have varied in size from 3000 sq.ft. to 9000 sq.ft in a territory spanning from Florida to Virginia.
