Summit East Lakeside Building

Building #2 at Summit East is a 54,000 square foot office building commissioned by the owners of this “wired” office park for technology companies needing a state-of-the-art commercial campus. The EIFS clad, steel frame structure features a bold innovative design image for businesses with an emphasis on high technology needs. The building plan is a flexible layout created by breaking up the large mass into two separate halves separated by a wedge-shaped central core. This design will easily accommodate one tenant or multiple tenants with areas from 4,000 to 40,000 square feet. The wedge shaped atrium features amenities such as the break area and conference rooms with “expanding” views toward Summit Lake. The roof has also been designed to hide all mechanical equipment, as well as support a 40,000 SF photovoltaic electrical generating system in the future. The project will be completed in the Fall of 2001.
