FEATURED PROJECT:
DCF District 2 Program Offices

This is a 15,000 square foot, 2 story metal frame and masonry office building in Tallahassee housing 3 DCF programs. Site and building footprint allowed the preservation of almost all the mature vegetation on this prominent in-town site. Building design maximized day lighting opportunities with each office having a window to the exterior. Use of full lights in the interior office doors allows the daylight to flood the corridors and enrich the experience of moving around the building. Custom artwork was integrated into balcony railings and using exterior stair towers rendered a very high net square footage use.
