FEATURED PROJECT:
Brogan Museum of Art and Science
The Brogan Museum of Art & Science was
a build-out of a building shell on Kleman Plaza that had remained
empty for several years while awaiting funding.
Johnson / Peterson led a team of architects, interior designers
and engineers in programming and design of 48,000 GSF of interior
space on 3 levels, all carefully arranged within a plan dictated
by the strong geometry of the existing shell. Unique issues
of humidity control, acoustics, circulation, security, lighting
and sun control all became important in the solution.
The staff is delighted with the completed facility and public
support increases every year.
