LaQuinta Inn - Gainesville, FL
Johnson Peterson Architects designed the new LaQuinta Inn in Gainesville, Florida with 134 rooms at a construction cost of $3,400,000. Johnson Peterson also designed a new LaQuinta Inn in Tallahassee on Apalachee Parkway and renovated both the St. Petersburg and Altamonte Springs hotels. The models feature a southwestern motif throughout the guest rooms, restaurant, lobby and lounge.
